About This Programme
The Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management at ISFM provides students with the practical HR skills needed to support recruitment processes, manage staff records, process payroll and assist with employee relations in organisations across Cameroon.
Through hands-on HR exercises, role play scenarios and real-world case studies, students develop the interpersonal and administrative skills needed to contribute immediately to HR departments in businesses, NGOs and government agencies.
